Ordering

A contract starts between you and Mandie Beuzeval (Beuzeval Furniture) Once the order details have been finalised you will receive an email outlining everything in a confirmation email.

The email will contain the order details – design, size, material, finish and price. There will be a schedule of work which is normally between 4 – 10 weeks this depends on workload and stock availability. Most of the smaller deigns are in stock so these can be posted within a week of ordering.

 Payments

All payments on online orders are paid in full before being sent out. All commissions over £500 a deposit is required before work commences and the final payment upon delivery.

All our products are handmade to order, and the grain and shade of the wood may vary according to stock.  Wood samples of the wood is available on request.

Card payments accepted – credit/debit card or a valid PayPal account

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your confirmation email.

The purchaser is responsible for the return of goods to Mandie Beuzeval 36 Poplar Walk, London, SE24 0BUwithin 14 days.
