A love of wood and a passion for process informs my approach to designing beautiful, modern and versatile high quality furniture.

Having originally trained in fine art and photography, I completed an apprenticeship in the craft of bench joinery, which led to further study at London College of Furniture, where I honed my skills in cabinet-making, wood machining and design. I keep a keen eye on production processes, making them as fluid and efficient as possible – designing jigs to speed up production, as well as employing the traditional joinery skills of dovetail and mortise and tenon.  I am equally at home with hand tools or machines – combining new technologies and traditional methods to achieve original high-quality results.

Recent exhibitions include New Designers and shown with Designers Block at The Milan Furniture Fair and at Clerkenwell Design Week amongst other venues.
